Israeli air raid in Gaza: possible killing of Hamas commander Izz al-Din Haddad
Israeli forces struck a building in Gaza City, with sources indicating the death of the leader of the Al-Qassam brigades.
The Israeli Air Force with three aircraft targeted Izz al-Din Haddad, leader of Hamas in the Gaza Strip and commander of the Al-Qassam brigades, in an air raid in Gaza City. 13 bombs were dropped.
This was stated by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Israel Katz in a joint note.

According to Palestinian media, the attack hit a residential building in the Rimal neighbourhood of Gaza City.
A senior Israeli security official, quoted by the Times of Israel, said there were 'early indications' that the Hamas leader had been killed in the raid.
Netanyahu and Katz claim to have ordered the killing of Haddad, commander of the terrorist group's military wing and 'one of the architects of the massacre of 7 October'.
