The 24 ORE Group has signed a prestigious partnership with the Italian Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, an agreement formalised by Federico Silvestri, General Manager Media & Business of the 24 ORE Group, and Ambassador Mario Andrea Vattani, Commissary General for Italy at Expo 2025 Osaka;

The Osaka World Expo 2025, scheduled to take place from April 13 to October 13, 2025 with a focus on the theme of societal development, will be an extraordinary opportunity to address some of the greatest contemporary global challenges, and the Italian Pavilion will seize the opportunity to promote the country's excellence in every field, from the best known to the lesser known, proposing the Italian vision for sustainable and inclusive development. Italy's participation, coordinated by the Section General Commissioner for Italian Participation in Expo 2025 Osaka, together with cultural and industrial entities, will also represent a moment of encounter in which stakeholders, including institutional representatives, entrepreneurs, scientists, and creative people will be able to share their ideas, sparking debates on how to address the next global challenges. On this occasion, the 24 ORE Group will provide its multimedia information platform to support Italian participation in Expo 2025 Osaka through numerous initiatives dedicated to the national and international public attending the event.

Il Sole 24 Ore in collaboration with 24 ORE Eventi will organise a series of appointments dedicated to the most pressing current issues and those of greatest interest to the audience of observers interested in Italy. The aim of the meetings, moderated by Sole 24 Ore journalists, will be to bring together the most authoritative national and international opinion leaders to discuss development-related issues. From culture and its role as an ambassador of Made in Italy, to the potential of aerospace and the new frontier of the underwater world, many areas will be covered to highlight Italy's ability to develop value, technology and innovation.  There will also be a focus on Futurescapes: Italy to the Future, to recount the Japanese presence in Italy and to outline the contours of the society of the future, with a broader look at the international context.

The press agency Il Sole 24 OreRadiocor will produce a SPECIAL Italy Expo 2025 that through in-depth analysis, thematic reports and video interviews will tell the story of Italian participation in the Expo and analyse the key themes of the event of interest to Italy;

Giving even more prominence to the project will be the involvement of Yomiuri Shimbun, the most widely circulated Japanese daily newspaper in the world, with the aim of enhancing the presence of the Italian pavilion at the Osaka Expo on the Asian side as well;

"Great satisfaction for the agreement between the Expo Commissariat and Sole 24 Ore, which we signed today in Milan with Federico Silvestri," said Ambassador Vattani, "A fundamental partnership for us because it allows us to bring to the Italian Pavilion, together with many of our other excellences, a great reference of Italian information. Il Sole 24 Ore is an ideal partner for the story that we will offer of Italy: certainly culture, tourism, fashion and design, but also and above all high technology, research and innovation. Furthermore, this collaboration on Expo 2025, consolidates to our advantage the link between Il Sole 24 Ore and the Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun, the most widely circulated newspaper in the world with a circulation of 7 million copies: an extraordinary opportunity to multiply the visibility of Italy and our companies on a global stage;

"We are particularly proud to have been chosen by the Commissariat General for Italy at Expo 2025 Osaka and for this I thank Ambassador Vattani. We will have the opportunity to represent the information desk that will enhance the activities that will animate the Italian Pavilion, connecting our country with the international audience of all stakeholders interested in understanding how Italian institutions and businesses are interpreting the countless developments related to technology and innovation and building the challenges to better face the future," said Federico Silvestri, General Director of Media & Business of the 24 Ore Group.
