Its Academy, tailor-made training for prof managers
Alliance between the National Network and Fondirigenti: Straight bar on quality
With the take-off of the Its Academy and the upward thrust that will come with the 4+2 model, it will be crucial to keep the bar straight on quality, starting with training courses. For this reason, the Its Italy National Network, chaired by Guido Torrielli, thanks to the contribution of Fondirigenti, is working, together with the business world, to draw up guidelines for those managers who already today, but especially tomorrow, will enter the Its Academy as trainers.
After all, teaching from the world of work is one of the characteristics of the Its Academies, whose distinctive feature is precisely the centrality of the company right from the establishment and co-design phase of the teaching offering. Thanks precisely to the contribution of entrepreneurs, managers, cutting-edge laboratories and the use of new technologies, the Its Academies have now become true high-tech training 'gyms', since they foster the development of digital skills through 4.0 enabling technologies in a percentage of 69% of the courses.
In order to guarantee this, it is essential to have well-trained teachers. "We have won the Its project financed by Fondirigenti: skills for managerial trainers," says Guido Torrielli, president of the Its Italy national network, "The aim is to get the 30 or so managers already working in the Its schools around a table and to structure with them special guidelines to outline the best model for training entrepreneurial teachers. The system is growing rapidly, today we have about 40 thousand students attending, of which 22 thousand in the first year, and we will grow even more in the next few years when the 4+2 students start arriving. For all these reasons we have to be ready. We will talk about this at the Education and Open Innovation Forum in Ortigia, organised by Confindustria, which is always our first ally, together with Minister Giuseppe Valditara'.
"We are facing a fundamental step for the Its universe and the entire production fabric," added Marco Bodini, president of Fondirigenti. "Managers from companies are entering the schools, bringing their experience and giving young people the chance to get to know the business world up close. In this way, a concrete bridge is created between training and work, fostering the development of targeted skills and responding effectively to market needs. Thanks to this project, the link between technological innovation, skills and economic growth is also strengthened, making it possible to model the ability of managers to use learning as a real competitive lever. This approach enriches the current Its system, integrating real experiences and business practices that make training more dynamic, effective and aligned to contemporary challenges'.
