Jaguar continues its transformation path according to the strategy called Reimagine. And it does so through the first tests of a new prototype on British roads. The car in question is an all-electric four-door GT, the first model of the brand's new era. The prototype, obviously camouflaged to protect the final design, has already covered tens of thousands of kilometres in both virtual and real testing.
The new GT will be built at the Solihull plant in the UK on a unique platform called JEA (Jaguar Electric Architecture). This step is part of Jaguar's wider plan to reinvent itself as an all-electric luxury brand by 2025.
On 2 December 2024, at Miami Art Week, Jaguar will unveil the Design Vision Concept. It should be noted that Jaguar is waiting for the electric breakthrough and is only delivering stock cars.
