"As a training school, we are happy to create meeting occasions that concretely combine business and education, with the aim of offering our community tools to learn, evolve and find inspiration through direct confrontation with innovative companies, comments Alice Acciarri, Managing Director of 24ORE Business School.
"Jet HR represents a company capable of innovating the world of human resources by making often complex processes simpler and more accessible. This is why we have launched a partnership that will bring the company into our Postgraduate Master's programme in Human Resources, both in Milan and Rome, in the courses that started in March and April 2026 respectively, with a practical and experiential Payroll Lab dedicated to payroll and personnel administration. The lab will take place in July in Rome and in September in Milan, offering a concrete opportunity for students to explore the Jet HR platform and get to grips with tools, real cases and skills that are immediately spendable in the world of work."
"The adoption of technology that increases efficiency in business is first and foremost a matter of culture. This is why I am pleased to present the new programme in the context of the 24ORE Business School, a historical reality aimed at the professionals, managers and entrepreneurs of today and tomorrow. With this new initiative, we have chosen to invest in the start-up of new Italian companies because we believe it can generate a twofold advantage: on the one hand cultural, helping start-ups to understand what is really behind every job - bureaucracy, costs, fulfilments and incentives; on the other hand efficiency, reducing costs in terms of time and money for entrepreneurs in the initial phase and making access to technology convenient from day one. This project confirms how Jet HR can be a point of reference for Italian companies when setting up a business, just as one goes to a notary for incorporation', stated during the talk Marco Ogliengo, CEO and co-founder of Jet HR.
About Jet HR
Jet HR is the Italian tech company that is designing a new model of personnel management by eliminating bureaucratic complexity thanks to simple digital tools for a modern and transparent experience. Founded in December 2022 by Marco Ogliengo and Francesco Scalambrino, it already has 300 employees. Through a single proprietary platform, Jet HR automates payroll processing (the process of processing, issuing and archiving payroll), and makes it possible to automatically take on and manage administrative tasks easily and immediately. The project immediately convinced the market: in just six months from the definition of the idea, the company attracted investments amounting to €4.7 million, closing in June 2023 the highest pre-seed round recorded in Italia, in which some of the most successful entrepreneurs and innovators in the national digital ecosystem invested, as well as leading VCs such as Exor Ventures, Italian Founders Fund. After one year on the market, Jet HR closes a new €12 million seed round with the entry of the first international VC: Picus Capital. In June 2025, with a new €25m round in which the American VC BASE10 acts as lead investor, the total funding rises to €41.7m. Among SMEs, start-ups, multinationals and even listed companies, there are already more than 1,500, and growing, corporate customers who have chosen the Jet HR solution.
