Resumes revised and corrected, if not written entirely, by artificial intelligence are increasingly being evaluated and skimmed by applications of the same technology. Thus, the search for employment has become one of the fields of the ongoing technological revolution.
32% of the companies interviewed for a survey by the HR Innovation Practice Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano use at least one Ia solution to scan curriculum or other HR management activities.
And according to a survey by the Financial Times, up to half of aspiring employees finalise their applications relying on the help of the Ia. With the risk of having 'clunky' resumes, if they don't intervene to improve the language a bit, or 'bloated' ones.
Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly widespread and, in the last year, 26% of workers in Italy used it, according to the Polytechnic Observatory, although only 3% used it every day and 7% a couple of times a week.
According to respondents, 24% of their activities can already be done with Ia support. So much so that almost one in two fears negative impacts on their work.
