Journalists: Giampaolo Pedrotti, head of the press office of the Province of Trento, died

A voice that for years accompanied the world of information with authority and measure has died: that of Giampaolo Pedrotti, the reference point of the Autonomous Province of Trento press office, who passed away today at the age of 61. From that sober and constant presence comes the condolences of the Council. This was announced in a statement by the Autonomous Province of Trento. "Our sympathy goes out to his family, friends and colleagues, and to all those who valued and loved him. Giampaolo knew how to tell the story of Trentino with seriousness and respect, becoming a point of reference even in the most difficult passages," underlines president Maurizio Fugatti. "He interpreted communication as a service to the community, with rigour and a sense of institutions. His dedication and professionalism will remain a concrete example of good administration and quality journalism'.

Head of the press office of the Autonomous Province of Trento since 2008, Pedrotti carried out this role with willingness and authority, becoming over time a reference point for administrators and colleagues, capable of combining journalistic competence and in-depth knowledge of the public machine.
