Pope: to young people, 'you are the light of the world, we want world peace'
."You are light of the world", "Let us say it all together: we want peace in the world". The Pope, who surprisingly arrived in St. Peter's Square at the end of the official opening mass of the Youth Jubilee, greeted the tide of boys and girls in the square. "Good evening, buenas tarde, good evening. You are the light of the world,' he began. "The world needs hope, we hope that all of you will always be signs of hope in the world. In the coming days you will have the opportunity to be God's strength, to give the world light of hope. Let us walk together with faith in Jesus Christ. Let us all say: we want peace in the world," Prevost said in Spanish and Italian. He then made an appointment for the young people at Tor Vergata for the weekend: "We meet at Tor Vergata. Have a good week!".
