Sales are planned for now in Germany by the end of 2025, but later in the rest of Europe. The new model introduces an all-new design as well as generous exterior dimensions: 4,440 mm in length and 1,850 mm in width, with a spacious interior even for rear passengers with a record 964 mm of legroom and 973 mm of headroom. After the rear seats there is 438 litres of cargo space for transporting even bulky objects. Unique details inspired by the EV9 include door handles integrated into the rear pillar. Level technology at the service of everyday life

.

The K4 has a level of technology on offer. Starting with the panoramic display that integrates a 12.3-inch instrument cluster, plus a 5.3-inch climate control display and 12.3-inch touchscreen for infotainment. Also included is the Connected Car Navigation Cockpit system that integrates both navigation and multimedia content and settings control in a single intuitive interface. Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto are standard on all trims, with wireless chargers for smartphones in upper trims. The Digital Key 2.0 with ultra-wideband technology allows compatible smartphones to function as virtual keys. At the same time, Kia Connect services offer a range of digital tools, such as over-the-air updates, music streaming and Wi-Fi hotspot functionality. Thanks to the artificial intelligence-based voice assistant, drivers can say Hey Kia to control numerous functions or obtain information, useful in everyday life.

A set of assistants for safe driving

.

Offering a suite of advanced driver assistance systems, the new EV4 prioritises customer safety. When the indicator is activated, the Blind-Spot View Monitor provides the driver with real-time video of blind spots on the instrument panel. Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist uses radar sensors in the rear bumper to monitor blind spots and prevent collisions during lane changes. In addition to intelligently adapting the speed of the new EV4, Smart Cruise Control 2 can, in an emergency, stop the car if the driver does not respond. In addition, Highway Driving Assist 2.0 (HDA 2.0) helps maintain a safe distance from the car in front, stay in the centre of the lane and change lanes.

In addition, when reversing out of parking spaces, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist detects approaching vehicles, both left and right, giving audible and visual warnings and is even able to automatically apply the brakes to avoid or mitigate a collision.
