.

Kpmg, which has been present in Italy for over 65 years, today boasts a capillary presence throughout the country with 25 offices from Bolzano to Palermo and over 6,000 professionals. The network is a market leader in advisory services, particularly in the areas of management consulting, risk management, and ICT consulting, especially for companies in the public sector and healthcare.

Core Academy

The service company was already present in Naples, with an office of around 150 professionals. With the new project, it aims to strengthen the ecosystem already present in the area. This includes, for example, the 'Core Academy' project developed with the Federico II University, which every year aims to train 40 young graduates in the most innovative areas of the public sector, as well as the many projects developed in recent years for all the main institutions in the area on topics such as the implementation of PNRR funds, digital transformation paths, and the innovation of service models in the health sector.

"KPMG Open Platform" aims to recruit and train young talents in the field who will be able to confront the most advanced digital frontier. The aim, in fact, is to integrate technologies such as AI, D&A, Internet of Things. KPMG also intends to exploit in the project its entire network of alliances with the most important technology players at global level such as Microsoft, Sap, Oracle, Service Now, Google, Salesforce.

Mario Corti, Senior Partner and Chairman of KPMG comments: "The new platform was created in response to a phase of strong transformation in the demand for professional services for businesses, with the increasingly rapid and pervasive spread of digital technologies that are redefining the service model towards 'end-to-end' solutions. In this phase of great change, it is important to support businesses and public administration especially in the execution phase'.

"We believe in the development potential of the Campania region and the whole of southern Italy. The Campania Region and Naples can represent the strategic 'gateway' for the entire Southern Italy, becoming the driver of a new development model strongly based on the digital economy and advanced tertiary sector," adds Raffaele Zinno, managing partner of KPMG Advisory, the management consulting firm of the KPMG network.
