Labour, Tironi confirmed in the board of Sviluppo lavoro Italia

The choice was ratified yesterday by the Employment Commission of the Conference of Regions, composed of all the regional employment councillors of Italia, and then in the State-Regions Conference.

The regional councillor for Education, Training and Labour of the Lombardy Region, Simona Tironi, has been unanimously indicated by the Italian regions as a member of the board of directors of 'Sviluppo Lavoro Italia', the company that inherits the history, experience and territorial network of Anpal Servizi, and which operates as a connection point between the Ministry of Labour, the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces and is a strategic body dedicated to the promotion and coordination of initiatives aimed at employment development, vocational training and the integration of labour supply and demand.

'We are going through a complex phase,' commented Councillor Tironi, 'characterised by employment disputes and difficulties involving many production realities, but we must continue to invest in the quality of work, skills and training. The objective,' continues Simona Tironi, 'is to foster quality employment, capable of meeting the needs of businesses and the professional aspirations of people. I deeply believe in the value of institutional cooperation and I am truly honoured by the unanimous trust that all Italian regions have chosen to place in me'.
