Lawyer Alessandro Belluzzo takes his place on the Chambers podium
The international tax specialist and English barrister, who is chairman of Belluzzo International Partners, has been ranked in Band 1 of the prestigious global legal rankings
The lawyer and tax specialist Alessandro Belluzzo, chairman of the consultancy firm Belluzzo International Partners, has been ranked for the first time in the top tier of Chambers, the prestigious legal guide that ranks the best firms and professionals. Belluzzo is one of the very few Italians to have been admitted to Band 1, the cream of the crop, in the authoritative UK ranking.
The announcement
Belluzzo International Partners has announced Belluzzo’s appointment, noting that this marks a significant milestone in Belluzzo’s career and highlights the growing importance of the London office, which forms part of Studio Belluzzo (with offices in Verona and Milan), which has developed over the years through a highly specialised approach to cross-border relocations, international taxation, and wealth and succession planning.
Specialisation in international asset management
Belluzzo’s inclusion in the top tier of the Chambers rankings is recognition of a professional practice that has distinguished itself through the handling of complex international mandates relating to estate planning, family law, international taxation and the global mobility of high-net-worth individuals and families. His work as a barrister and international adviser has enabled him to assist clients in some of the most complex cross-border situations, combining legal, tax and strategic expertise.
Recent additions
This result comes against a backdrop of strong growth for the London office, further bolstered by the arrival of leading tax specialist Gary Ashford , who has also been confirmed as Band 1 by Chambers. The presence of two professionals recognised at the very top of the international rankings consolidates the firm’s position as one of the leading providers of international advisory services to entrepreneurs, families and multinational groups.
“Being ranked in Band 1 represents a significant personal and professional achievement,” said Belluzzo. “Above all, it is recognition of the work carried out alongside an extraordinary team and of the trust placed in us by our clients. Gary’s retention in Band 1 and the growth of our London office are testament to the quality of the advice we are able to offer.”
