Le Graal expands and acquires Torre Coccaro
Following Rome, Cortina d’Ampezzo and Desenzano, the next stop will be Puglia. This is the destination for the latest venture launched by Le Graal, the new luxury hospitality brand founded by entrepreneur Fabrizio Di Amato through Maire Investments, his investment company.
The acquisition, which covers both the property and the management company, concerns the five-star Torre Coccaro country estate in Savelletri di Fasano and its associated Beach Club, which will therefore become part of the collection whilst retaining its identity and strengthening its positive impact on the local socio-economic development.
Masseria Torre Coccaro, a historic estate owned by the Muolo family and opened in 2002, is one of the finest examples of luxury hospitality in Puglia. The Muolo family, together with the Melpignano family, have put Puglia on the map as a destination thanks to the luxury hospitality they have successfully established in the region.
Housed in a historic 16th-century farmhouse and set amidst the Mediterranean landscape, the property features 36 rooms, suites and villas, as well as restaurants and dedicated spa and wellness areas.
The acquisition will be followed by a gradual integration process that will respect the property’s history; however, the aim – in addition to preserving the heritage – will be to enhance the facility. The development aims to strengthen the property’s positioning and progressively enhance the hospitality experience in line with the philosophy and values of Le Graal, which, since 2026, has been opening a Club in Rome, a five-star hotel in Cortina – currently in its pre-opening phase – and a spa retreat on Lake Garda.
