Living Divani, emphasis on the dynamism of contract supplies
Growth in the hospitality and high-end residential segments
For the next two years, Living Divani's international expansion plan envisages a further strengthening of its presence in strategic markets, particularly in the United States, where it is pursuing a decisive growth path. "In this context," announces Carola Bestetti, CEO of Living Divani, "a new opening is planned in Denver, while we continue to work on consolidating and expanding our presence in cities such as San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas and Austin, where dialogue with the world of architecture and design is particularly dynamic. At the same time, the brand is also developing new opportunities in other international markets, with an opening in South America and the strengthening of its presence in China, where a monobrand in Shanghai is planned.
The design research path proceeds consistently. "The direction we are favouring," comments the manager, "concerns in particular the relationship between structure and material, a vision of contemporary living made of light forms, essential signs and a calibrated balance between functionality and identity. To this vision belong the new proposals, such as the sofas The Edge and Neera and the Ponte table by Piero Lissoni, the Fillet Lounge seat by Giacomo Moor, a new variant of the Sailor bookcase, the Greene Bed and the Pagoda coffee table by David Lopez Quincoces, the extension of the Kasumi collections with the new dining table by Mist-o and Ad-Astra with the hanging lamp by Marco Lavit. Two new collaborations have been added: the first with the New York duo Yabu Pushelberg, with whom Haven has been developed, an armchair born from the encounter between rationality and lightness, precision and discreet irregularity, and the second with Studio Adolini for the Orbi coffee table, an exercise in balance between geometries and materials.
In the financial year 2025, the company recorded a turnover growth of +6.4 per cent compared to 2024. 'An important support for our sales volumes is certainly the contract supplies segment,' Bestetti emphasises, 'which continues to prove very dynamic and strategic for the company. Collaboration with international architectural firms and professionals allows us to bring our design language into different contexts, from hospitality to high-end residential, expanding the brand's presence in different markets". Exports now account for about 70% of the company's total turnover, confirming its strong international vocation, but there are also very positive results on the Italia market.
