In Search of the Leaders of Ten-Year Growth
New Sole 24 Ore-Statista initiative rewards companies with a steady increase in turnover over the period 2015-2025. Applications by 19 April
Key points
- How to participate
- Focus on competitiveness and the ability to innovate
In the wake of the success of Leader della crescita, Il Sole 24 Ore and Statista are launching the first edition of Leaders of ten-year growth 2027. With this project, the companies that have contributed to boosting the Italian economy, creating jobs, investing and strengthening the country's competitiveness from 2015 to 2025, with excellent and consistent revenue performance, are highlighted.
Consistent long-term growth is among the most difficult goals to achieve. It requires strategic planning, adaptability, resilience and a deep understanding of market trends. Companies that maintain growth over time are a concrete testimony to the strength of sustainable business practices and a long-term vision.
How to participate
To participate, one must fill in a questionnaire indicating the revenues between 2015 and 2025, the number of employees in the same time frame, the year of foundation, and the beginning and end of the fiscal years 2015 and 2025.
The deadline for registration is 19 April 2026. The companies with the highest revenue growth between 2015 and 2025 will be included in the 2027 Ten-Year Growth Leader ranking, which will be given wide visibility. In November, the daily newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore will publish the list of winners with focus and in-depth analysis, both in the print edition and on the online edition ilsole24ore.com. The new ranking will be a rib of Leader della crescita.
Focus on competitiveness and ability to innovate
"With Leaders of Ten-Year Growth," emphasises Lisa Dei, Statista's analyst in charge of the research team on the Italian economy, "we want to turn the spotlight on a type of performance that often takes a back seat: growth that lasts. In this edition we are awarding the most solid and established realities, which are not simply experiencing a peak, but continue to grow thanks to business models capable of withstanding the test of time". The result, he adds, "has a special value: it tells of continuity, resilience and adaptability over an entire decade. Here growth is the sum of many right choices, not the effect of a single season. We do not only reward those who run the strongest: we reward those who remain competitive for the longest and have continued to innovate, adapting products, channels and strategies without losing identity. We also want to give space to the silent champions: companies that may not make noise, but build real and lasting growth".
