An innovation in the world of luxury hospitality signed Made in Italy. These are the "Floating Suites & Apartments" by Adharia, the new development, sustainability and design company of a well-established Italian company in the sector, the Irgenre Group. The project is based on a new emerging concept, a new market niche related to sustainable tourism that links up with those leading international luxury hospitality realities.

Born from the intuition of Eng. Corrado Negri, owner and founder of Adharia, the floating structures combine Made in Italy excellence with sustainability, enhancing the natural and unspoilt beauty of the world's most fascinating coastlines, lakes and waterways.

The suites and flats celebrate Italian style thanks to the study of the functional layout of each space, interior and exterior, enhanced by a selection of elegant furnishings and complements entrusted to leading companies and brands of Italian excellence in the world. And sustainability is not lacking: thanks to a zero-impact concept and the absence of land consumption, the Adharia Luxury Floating Suites & Apartments reinforce the sustainability of the brand and product philosophy, with a high return on image and no infrastructure costs.

But what makes the difference is the ease with which the product can be marketed: thanks to technological research, in fact, realisation, transport and assembly are quite agile. The Adharia - Luxury Foating Suites & Apartments project is now ready for commercial development and features a highly customised design, capable of responding to the business growth needs of a wide range of accommodation and residential types.

The concept is conceived as an innovative solution for those venues that wish to expand their offerings and secure a competitive differential in the hospitality landscape by offering a unique luxury experience, capable of satisfying the most demanding customers. Likewise, it allows them to address new segments by offering a distinctive experience.

Sostenibilità

The high-performance envelope - made of FSC and PEFC-certified larch wood from certified, sustainably managed forests - makes it possible to greatly reduce energy requirements for heating and cooling. The optimisation of consumption is also combined with the use of renewable sources and a home automation system designed and built to exclusive specifications.

The Università degli Studi del Sannio has also certified the buildings as NZEB, thanks to thermal insulation made of natural blond cork that reduces consumption by 76% compared to traditional forms of high-end accommodation.

Special attention is also paid to the natural water cycle, which is preserved through the reuse of rainwater and phyto-purification plants for the treatment of black and grey water.

Internally, ventilation and the use of low CO2 and formaldehyde-emitting materials minimise the risk of indoor air pollution, while natural (glare-free) and adaptive intensity lighting, and soundproofing that provides excellent absorption by reducing reverberation, ensure maximum comfort for guests.

The garden roof also not only has a functional and landscaping value, but also allows for optimal temperatures inside the suites and flats.

Technological Innovation

.

In the quest for sustainability there is also a lot of technological research, visible in the floating suites not only in materials and modular assembly techniques, but also in home automation and remote plant management systems.

The modular floating structures are installed on a catamaran-shaped hull, which guarantees strong stability, while the assembly of the modules is facilitated by a patented system. Also innovative is the construction of the modules, which is done off-site and then allows them to be assembled on-site very quickly. Transport can be done by any means, by container on wheels, by ship or by plane, to respond more quickly and effectively to evolving market needs.
