The holding company founded by Warren Buffet, a player in the luxury real estate sector, arrives in Turin. The market trend is that of a growing demand for luxury real estate in Piedmont, Valle d'Aosta and Liguria. Hence the decision to set up offices in Turin alongside those already operating in other Italian cities.
