The burden of deductions related to superbonus work increases again. It grew in March by almost 8 billion (7.8 billion to be precise). This emerges from the survey carried out as usual by Enea in its monthly report on the maxi-tax allowance.
The tax rebate race did not stop in March either. Although, it must be pointed out that the effect of the asseverations submitted at the end of 2023 is still weighing on this number: there were in fact 90 days to communicate the work data to the New Technologies Agency.
Procedures aside, the point of these figures is that the number of works surveyed in March increases stratospherically, once again. There are 7.8 billion euro of new deductions and 5.6 billion euro of investments activated this month alone. They almost all concern investments in condominiums (amounting to 5.4 billion) and over 13,000 building sites.
The total count of deductions thus comes to more than 122 billion euro, for the renovation of almost 495,000 properties throughout Italy, including condominiums, small villas, and detached units. The investments eligible for deductions from mid-2020, on the other hand, are worth just over EUR 117 billion.
