The Marche Regional Council has approved the criteria and implementation methods of action e11) of the 2024/2026 Three-Year Programme for the enhancement of the Region as a land of wellbeing and quality of life. This concerns, in particular, the empowerment activities of the contents of Regional Law 23/2023 through a cultural activation path addressed to the technicians of professional organisations, with the aim of integrating the principles of wellbeing in the training models intended for the employees of the enterprises in the Marche region. 50,000 euro have been made available for these purposes, to be charged to the 2025/2027 regional budget.
With Law No. 23 of December 2023, the Marche Region has aimed at enhancing its territory as a land of wellbeing and quality of life, also with a view to orienting the tourist-accommodation offer in a sustainable key by capturing its specific features, natural beauty and commitment to nature conservation. The purposes of this law, also in implementation of Articles 9 and 41 of the Constitution, are achieved through an integrated and interdisciplinary approach, involving transversal areas such as food, agri-food supply chains, quality and safety of agricultural products, health and welfare, industry and craftsmanship, environment and territory, tourism, culture, sport and leisure, education and training.
In October 2024, the three-year Programme 2024/2026 was approved, with the aim of ensuring effectiveness, homogeneity across the territory and integrated implementation of interventions in line with the law's aims and objectives. Within the Plan, action e11) aims at conveying the contents of Regional Law 23/2023 through a path of cultural change involving enterprises, people and institutions. The empowerment activity is propaedeutic and synergic with respect to the training activities that enterprises will carry out in the workplace and envisages, for demonstration purposes, the direct involvement not only of technicians of professional organisations, but also of operators of the sectors considered.
The activity will be articulated in various steps: it will start with the reconnaissance of the sectors and territories in which the most critical issues in relation to the issues of well-being and quality of life in the workplace and in the performance of activities could occur. It is then necessary to define an organisational model, adaptable and applicable according to the different types of enterprises in the Marche, focused on the wellbeing of workers, employees and operators in the sector and their families.
This will be followed by the identification and involvement of professional organisations according to the survey carried out, through meetings in the area to convey the themes of wellbeing and quality of life with a view to their integration in the training models for workers in the Marche region's enterprises.
