Produced at the historic Viale Ciro Menotti plant in Modena, where in addition to the Nettuno engine, GT2 Stradale, Granturismo and GranCabrio are also produced, the latter two starting in the fourth quarter of 2025 after being moved from the Turin Mirafiori plant. Confirmed are the carbon fibre chassis, Butterfly doors and the V6 Nettuno engine, with 630 bhp at 7500 rpm and an impressive 720 Nm of torque from 3000 rpm, capable of ensuring a top speed in excess of 320 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h covered in 2.9 seconds.

New Maserati MCPura, style

No cosmetic changes but a series of refinements and new details, studied at the Centro Stile Maserati in Turin to update the styling and improve performance. The Maserati MCPura features changes at the front and rear, also modifying the profile.

In particular, the 'shark nose', which brings to mind the Trident's Formula One cars, is modified, taking on an even more accentuated appearance. The front bumper picks up on what has already been seen on the Gt22 Stradale and at the rear, as an optional extra, comes the oversized spoiler. The lower fascia is completely renewed and specially designed with aesthetic solutions to improve the aerodynamic performance of the car's underbody. The exterior is completed with some details in the logos; on the side a dedicated badge bears the name of the model and the same logo is repeated inside under the tricolour flag placed on the air intakes in the dashboard in front of the passenger seat. There are ten colours in the range: the new Devil Orange - making its debut for the model - in addition to the shades already available for the MC20, Grigio Incognito, Grigio Mistero, Nero Essenza, Bianco Audace, Blu Infinito, Rosso Vincente, Giallo Genio, Verde Royale and Night Interaction. The aerodynamic development of the new super sports car takes up the concept expressed for the MC20 where the car has been divided into two parts: a high portion with a stylistic predominance and a lower part that is more technical. Over two thousand man-hours of work in the Wind Tunnel, with more than a thousand fluid-dynamic simulations (Cfd or Computational Fluid Dynamics), innovative and in-depth analyses, a collaboration with Dallara has been undertaken to perfect the aerodynamic efficiency of the MCPura.

Interior MCPura

Opening the Butterfly doors, one enters the car and appreciates the revamped interior with an increased focus on luxury. Alcantara is present not only on the seats but also on the door panels, dashboard and steering wheel. Also changed from the Mc20 is the steering wheel, now inspired by GT2 racing, with a start button on the steering wheel and a flat top that offers better visibility and optimum control during high-speed manoeuvres. As an option on the coupé version only, a steering wheel with gear shift indicator LEDs is available, as already fitted on the GT2 Stradale. In this version, of course, in the upper and lower parts, Alcantara gives way to carbon fibre. The Start and Launch Control buttons are integrated into the central frame. The paddle shifters, fixed to the steering column, easy to reach and generously sized, are available in dark aluminium, as the standard configuration, and in carbon fibre together with the interior carbon package.

Infotainment and connectivity

The MCPura is equipped with the latest-generation Mia (Maserati Intelligent Assistant) multimedia system based on the Android Automotive operating system and combined with two screens inside the car: the digital cluster and the central display, of similar shape and size. They facilitate driving comfort because the driver does not have to adjust his eyes when passing his gaze from one screen to another. The cluster is 10.25-inch digital with a Tft display. From the central touch display, also 10.25 inches, the connected entertainment system is operated. With your smartphone or smartwatch you can always stay in touch with your MCPura thanks to the Maserati Connect App, or from home by asking your personal virtual assistant (Amazon Alexa and Google Assist).

Driving modes.

Also revamped is the central tunnel, already seen on the Gt2 Stradale, with the driving mode selector positioned in the centre. MCPura has five driving modes, selectable from the selector in the centre of the tunnel: Wet, Gt, Sport, Corsa and Esc Off. Each is distinguished by a colour: Wet green; Gt blue; Sport red; Corsa yellow; Esc Off orange. Driving modes are selected by rotating the selector for a few seconds.

For example, the vehicle starts in the default Gt mode. Moving from Gt to Sport (right) or Wet (left) requires only a half-second movement in the desired direction. Then with a 2-second press the driver can choose the Racing mode. With a 5-second press the driver can enter Esc Off mode.
