Mattarella: Multilateralism is essential for sound relations between nations

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - “Yesterday we spoke with the Prince about a number of general issues, noting – as the Prince recalled yesterday – our shared conviction regarding the indispensability of multilateralism and its various forms, which must be safeguarded to ensure proper, positive relations in international affairs.” This was stated by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, at the conclusion of his State Visit to the Principality of Monaco. “We also discussed the many issues currently facing the international community,” added the Head of State, “noting a constant and complete harmony and convergence inspired by the values of peace, freedom, the dignity of every state, the equal dignity of every state, and the protection of the rule of law and human rights.”
