Mediobanca, resolution agreement with Nagel and Vinci: 5 million each
Agreements signed for the ex-CEO's exit
Mediobanca signed two agreements to terminate, effective 4 December, the employment contracts of Alberto Nagel, former CEO, and Francesco Saverio Vinci, general manager, under the terms approved by Piazzetta Cuccia's board of directors on 1 December.
According to the agreements, a note explains, Nagel and Vinci will be paid a total of EUR 5 million each. The remuneration rights already accrued under and in execution of the regulations of the previous short-term and medium/long-term incentive plans remain unchanged, according to the note
Specifically, to Nagel the former goes EUR 4,300,000 gross, to Vinci EUR 4,625,000. To the former go also 700,000 for non-competition undertakings for a period between six and twelve months, to the latter 375,000 euro for a period of three months.
