Meloni: Solidarity with Germany following Russia’s hybrid attack; unity amongst allies is essential

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - “Italia stands in full solidarity with Germany following the Russian hybrid attack on Leipzig.” Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni wrote this in a post on X. “The security of our allies is the security of us all,” Meloni continued, “attempts to intimidate us or to drive a wedge between allies will not succeed. Hybrid actions against any one of us are a matter of concern for us all, and will be met with a united response. At times like this, it is essential to stand firm, continue to work closely together and maintain a credible deterrent posture in defence of our citizens’ security.”
