The Shareholders' Meeting of the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato S.p.A. today accepted the appointment by the sole shareholder Mef of Michele Sciscioli as the new CEO of the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato S.p.A.
Formerly Head of the Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Michele Sciscioli will take the place of the lawyer Francesco Soro, Director General of the Economy since 28 May.
"We thank the Mef for a choice that goes in the direction of continuity and welcome Michele Sciscioli, with whom we are sure to continue along the path of strategic repositioning of the Institute as a point of reference in the process of digitisation of the country's system, undertaken two years ago," is the comment of the Institute's president Paolo Perrone.
