Milan, Investire Sgr (Banca Finnat) sells an asset in Via Sant'Andrea

The closed-end real estate fund 'Monviso', managed by Investire Sgr (Banca Finnat) has finalised the sale of a prestigious property located in Via Sant'Andrea 25 in Milan, in the Fashion District.

L’immobile, interamente locato a un tenant di standing internazionale, si sviluppa su otto piani fuori terra e due interrati, per una superficie lorda complessiva di circa 4mila mq. I piani dal -1 al piano terra sono destinati a spazi showroom, mentre i livelli superiori ospitano uffici, per circa 2.500 mq complessivi. L’immobile dispone inoltre di un rooftop attrezzato, una corte interna al piano interrato e un parcheggio con posti auto coperti. Progettato tra il 1947 e il 1950 dagli architetti Marco Zanuso e Roberto Menghi, il building è un importante esempio di architettura moderna del dopoguerra italiano. La collaborazione con Lucio Fontana, autore dei pannelli ceramici policromi che caratterizzano la facciata principale, conferisce all’edificio un valore artistico e culturale unico.
