Milan, Tecma and EuroMilano launch Bliss Gaming enters real estate

Buying a house by entering a video game. The technology of gaming, for the first time, enters the selection and marketing phase of a residential complex in Milan. The tool, which introduces the technologies of the gaming industry for the first time within the Real Estate sector, is developed by Tecma and will be applied to the sales process of the approximately 57 flats, which, in Milan, should make up the Bliss residence, in the Uptown district (north-west of the city), that Euromilano is building.

Already now - in the pre-sell phase for a restricted clientele - the sales force has a preview of a novel software that allows them to navigate interactively and in real time through the project, selecting a flat and evaluating its characteristics. From January, the system will be available to any interested potential customer. The project definitively completes the digital approach that integrates every phase of Bliss' residential purchasing process: from the virtual presentation of the project, to the estimate, to the customisation of the rooms, finishes and materials selected for the future residents, guaranteeing a more fluid and dynamic management of negotiations.

The complex is in the initial stages of construction and will be handed over in 2027. There are about 56-57 flats, as splits or larger modules are still possible. They range from studios to penthouse apartments with terraces, in a context of 30 hectares of surrounding greenery, neighbourhood services, coworking spaces, play and party areas, for pets, sports areas, in compliance with Esg standards. The average price per square metre is around EUR 5800.
