Fiera Milano reports a 38 per cent rise in revenue and a doubling of profit in the first half of the year
Financial results driven by the Winter Games, programming and strategic acquisitions
The Winter Olympics, but that’s not all: Fiera Milano’s financial results for the first half of the year were also driven by a favourable event calendar and a number of strategic initiatives in the areas of logistics and stand-fitting services.
The exhibition company thus closed the first half of the year with revenue of €245.7 million, up 38.2% on the €177.9 million recorded in the same period last year. Profit doubled, reaching €50.7 million, an increase of 119.1% compared with the €23.1 million recorded in the first half of 2025 and an improvement on the €22.6 million recorded in the first half of 2024.
EBITDA stood at €94 million (+49%), whilst net financial debt shows net cash of €109.4 million, compared with net cash of €157.2 million as at 31 December 2025.
In light of the available evidence, the positive performance in the first half of the year, the higher-than-expected contribution from Olympic activities, and the progress made in integrating recent acquisitions, the company confirms its guidance for the 2026 financial year: revenue of between €380 million and €400 million, already revised upwards from the previous range of €305 million to €325 million; EBITDA in the range of €100 million to €110 million, already revised upwards from the previous range of €90 million to €100 million.
“Revenue up by 38 per cent, EBITDA up by 49 per cent and net profit more than doubled, from €23.1 million to €50.7 million, demonstrate the group’s ability to translate its strategy into tangible results,” says Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Francesco Conci.
