The YogaFestival is back, this year under the banner of gratitude. From 15 to 17 November, thousands of enthusiasts - over 18,000 last year - of the ancient Indian discipline will gather in Milan. 'Say thank you' is the theme chosen for this 19th edition, as an invitation to practise gratitude towards yoga, others and the world around us, giving more space to gratitude and kindness. "We are always looking for themes that bring yoga into the reality we live in on a daily basis," emphasises Giulia Borioli, president and founder of YogaFestival, "and kindness and gratitude seem to us, today, to be the most lacking resources in our society. The practice of this precious discipline can realign us in this sense too, helping us to cultivate a sense of gratitude, towards ourselves and the world, which is the first step towards building a better society, cultivating kinder relationships, taking nothing for granted and opening up to a new and necessary inner growth'.
Yoga is one, styles many
