Mps: from Intesa and Banco Bpm unsolicited proposals, we will evaluate them

Banca Monte dei Paschi has taken note of the "unsolicited" proposal presented by Banco Bpm on Sunday and the "unsolicited" offer presented by Intesa Sanpaolo this morning and will proceed with the evaluation of both "in compliance with the law and regulations". Thus a note of the bank of Rocca Salimbeni at the end of the board meeting chaired by its chairman, Cesare Bisoni. The note recalls that the board met in a session that had already been scheduled earlier than Sunday and this morning's announcements.
