MPS: if the IPO is successful, Banco BPM and Banca Generali will be delisted

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Mps intends to acquire control of Banco Bpm and Banca Generali. If the bids for the target institutions result in acceptance rates of ‘at least 90 per cent’, Rocca Salimbeni states that it intends to ‘seek the delisting of the shares’ of Banco Bpm and Banca Generali ‘from Euronext Milan’, thereby proceeding with delisting.
