MPS: everything is proceeding according to schedule regarding the Banco BPM and B.Generali public offering

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - “Everything is proceeding according to schedule as regards the two public offers announced by MPS.” This has been clarified by sources close to Siena. Previously, regarding the discussions between Consob and Intesa Sanpaolo on the OPAS launched by Ca’ de Sass, sources working on the case had expressed the view that it could not be “ruled out” that the MPS OPs might “face delays or suspensions”.
