Msc technology Italia, the freight technology division of the group led by the Aponte family, is expanding and preparing to hire 150 people. The company's CEO, Roberto Musumeci, has announced a business expansion plan for the hi-tech hub at the Lingotto in Turin. The project includes both the expansion of the available space and the entry of new specialised personnel.
Msc technology, therefore, has just taken over, in the spaces of what was once the historic Fiat plant, about 2 thousand square metres, which will be added to the 9 thousand already in place, for a total extension of offices that will reach about 11 thousand square metres. The renovation work, the company announced, will begin in December 2024, with the aim of making the new offices fully operational in the first quarter of 2025.
The Academy
is also expandingThe expansion will allow, among other things, to increase the areas dedicated to the Msc Academy where, to date, more than 110 young people, supported by managers and experts, have already undertaken a training or internship path, which has allowed, or will allow, them to start a career in the world of IT and technologies for logistics and security, within the Msc group.
In addition to the expansion of its offices, Msc Technology Italia, as mentioned above, has opened 150 new job positions, in the search for figures active in the It sector, with the aim, the company's top management explains, 'of increasing the number of projects assigned to the Piedmontese capital and maintaining the governance of activities already underway'.
