Elon Musk criticises the Wall Street Journal after its article on the billionaire's drug use. The tycoon claims that he has not tested positive for any random tests in the last three years and refers to his successes at Tesla and SpaceX in his defence, suggesting that if drug use increased his productivity then 'I should definitely take drugs'.

The use of illegal drugs could be a violation of federal policies and put at risk billions of dollars of contracts SpaceX has with the US government, as well as possibly breaking Tesla and SpaceX company policies. According to the Wall Street Journal, the divine Elon would use cocaine, ecstasy, hallucinogenic mushrooms and ketamine. The newspaper reports direct testimony from people who claim to have seen Musk consume the drugs in question at private parties.
