With an investment of more than EUR 10 million, Nani Mocenigo Palace, a historic residence overlooking Rio San Trovaso in the heart of the Dorsoduro sestiere, announced the acquisition of the Ca Maria Adele Hotel, an elegant 16-room boutique hotel located a few steps away from the Salute Church.

The operation, led by Paolo Caffi, managing director of Nani Mocenigo Palace and BNM SRL, the company that owns Hotel Nani Mocenigo, and a well-known entrepreneur in the hi-tech field, represents a strategic step towards the consolidation of a cultural and personalised hospitality offer in Venice, capable of responding to the needs of an international clientele in search of a sophisticated experience and capable of offering highly personalised services, and is part of a broader reflection on the future of hospitality in the lagoon city.

In a Venice that intends to evolve towards a model of sustainable and quality tourism, the Nani Mocenigo Palace focuses on a cultured welcome with attention to detail, which celebrates Venetian identity and emphasises local craftsmanship, culture and slowness.

"The acquisition of Ca Maria Adele," explains Caffi, "reinforces our vision of slow, tailor-made hospitality, centred on the enhancement of Venice's historical and artistic heritage. Two structures, different but complementary, that dialogue with each other just a few metres away, offering unique experiences and aesthetics thanks to an original design and spaces capable of telling an authentic story".

Ca Maria Adele is a boutique hotel with a unique style in which Venetian tradition meets suggestions from the Eastern world. Located in a 16th century palace, it combines historical charm with eclectic design. Twelve rooms are decorated in different styles with unique antiques, velvets, brocades, Murano glass, Indian and Moroccan furnishings.

With its 30 frescoed rooms and suites, plus two new signature suites under renovation, the Nani Mocenigo Palace is one of the finest examples of a period residence transformed into a charming hotel.

The acquisition of Ca Maria Adele further enriches the offer, bringing the group to a total of 48 rooms. Again with the aim of creating a widespread hospitality network in the luxury segment in Venice, 21 flats have been added, divided between San Vio Palace and San Teodoro Palace, managed by other companies also controlled by BNM SRL. The turnover of the two hotels and the flats is around EUR 10 million per year with interesting growth prospects.
