According to rumours compiled by Il Sole 24Ore, Wellness Holding has acquired 49% of the mineral water brand in a partnership that is not only shareholding but above all industrial.
The partnership with Wellness Holding represents a new stage in the strategic development of Filette, which focuses on three strategic assets: the purity of its source, brand positioning, and internationalisation in the world's most exclusive locations, leveraging Wellness Holding's experience and global network in the world of hospitality,' said Pietro Ricci, of Acqua Filette .
