Price within 20,000 euro thanks to the configuration chosen for the access model but with everything you need
The new Renault Twingo E-Tech combines retro styling reminiscent of the 1990s model with an electric platform designed for purely urban use. Regardless of the version chosen, the electric Renault Twingo is powered by the 80-horsepower engine powered by a 27.5 kWh battery pack, able to guarantee a maximum wltp range of up to 264 kilometres with a declared consumption of 12.2 kWh/100 kilometres. Performance is also urban, with a 0-100 km/h sprint covered in 12.1 seconds and a top speed of 130 km/h. Weight comes in at 1,200 kg. At 3.79 metres long, 1.72 metres wide and 1.49 metres high, it is homologated for four people, with easier access than in the past thanks to the four doors, and the boot starts at 205 litres and increases to 966 litres by folding down the two rear seats. All versions feature a 10.1-inch screen in the centre of the dashboard and 7-inch digital instrumentation.
Renault Twingo E-Tech Evolution
The Renault Twingo E-Tech in Evolution trim starts at 19,100 euros, with standard equipment that includes full LED headlights, individually sliding and folding rear seats, the openR Link multimedia system with 10.1' touchscreen and smartphone replication, rear parking sensors, one pedal function, emergency lane keep assist, cruise control, electrically heated and manually foldable exterior mirrors and manual air conditioning. The Giallo Mango colour is standard, while the other five available paints have an extra charge of 850 euros. Standard are the 16-inch steel wheels; if you want to opt for 18-inch alloy wheels, you have to add 500 euros to the final bill. Available accessories include the adapter for bi-directional charging (turning the car into a 'powerbank' on four wheels) offered at 439 euros. Recommended are the 16-inch all-season tyres, sold at 350 euros, thus solving the issue of changing tyres during the winter months.
Final price? Adding only the four-season tyres, the Renault Twingo E-Tech Evolution Urban Range has a final price of 19,850 euros.
