The corporate mobility sector is changing, evolving towards the 'Business Mobility as a Service' (BMaaS) model, an approach that goes beyond the traditional conception of the company car as a benefit to privilege and offer multimodal, flexible and sustainable solutions with a direct impact on employee well-being and corporate competitiveness. This picture emerges from a study carried out by Luiss-X.ITE and Telepass Business, a study that identifies trends and drivers of change: from environmental sustainability to digitalisation, up to the redefinition of fleet management and corporate welfare strategies. The BMaaS model emerges as the paradigm of the future, capable of combining flexibility, reduced environmental impact and improved employee and collaborator experience. Telepass has anticipated these trends with the launch of Telepass Business, an integrated solution that 'integrates the payment of mobility services, via device and app, with a prepaid card for the payment of employees' other business expenses. Added to this is simple and effective expense reporting and a management portal for employee mobility," emphasises Paolo Malerba, chief business officer of Telepass.
