Volkswagen T-Roc enters its second generation as a larger, connected but above all hybrid. Capable of selling over two million units in its eight-year career, the T-Roc is increasingly the best-selling Volkswagen in Europe thanks to its compact SUV dimensions, good perceived quality (especially after the 2022 restyling) and a complete range of engines and equipment. Precisely on the engine front, the first series of T-Roc paid the price for the absence of hybrid units, a shortcoming resolved with the arrival of the second generation combined with mild and full hybrid engines.
New Volkswagen T-Roc dimensions
.
But just how long is the new Volkswagen T-Roc? the new Teutonic suv built on the Mqb Evo platform makes a leap upwards starting from the dimensions increased by 12 centimetres to a total of 4.37 metres, the wheelbase increased to 2,631 mm (+28 mm) and a new front and tail design that follows the style introduced by the last generation Tiguan. At the front, completely new LED headlights make their debut, available in the Matrix Iq.Light version which, like the LED Plus headlights that come as standard in the most complete equipment, are linked by a thin LED crossbar and an illuminated Vw logo. The tail has also been completely revised with its continuous LED crossbar which, in the most comprehensive equipment lines, is also centre-illuminated and has the logo illuminated in red.
