The partnership with Investire has allowed us to further strengthen our presence here, and we look forward to continuing this collaboration as we expand throughout Italy in cities such as Rome, Milan, Venice, Florence, Naples, Verona and Turin'.

The property, previously used as offices and housing, has been renovated internally by Investire, which has transformed it to offer high-quality, comfortable and high-tech boutique flats that meet the evolving needs of modern travellers.

"The Prs Italy Fund, the first of its kind to be created in Italy and dedicated to rentals, integrates the residential offer with value-added services that enhance the quality of living perceived by tenants," adds Investire's managing director, Alessandro Polenta. "The fund intends to respond to the growing demand for rental leases by upgrading assets in terms of both layout and energy efficiency.

The partnership with Numa allows Investire to diversify the product and services offered, and also to intercept the needs of the short rent sector. "The fully digitalised, high-quality accommodation," says Marco Denari, head of Southern Europe, private real estate Europe, partners group, "is in line with our thematic investment approach. We are delighted to become Numa's partner in Italy and look forward to extending this partnership to the rest of our residential portfolio in Europe'.
