Numa has opened its largest property in Italy: a 72-unit hotel located in the historic Ludovisi district in Rome. An operation that represents a step in the group's consolidation strategy in key Italian markets, including Milan, Venice, Florence and Naples. "This 72-unit property," said Numa's general manager for Italy, Umberto Ottaviani, "represents a significant milestone in our path of expanding our presence in Italy. It reflects not only our ability to consolidate high-potential strategic markets, but also our commitment to improving the travel experience through innovation'.
The new property, located near Via Veneto, aims to combine tradition and innovation. "Rome is a city where history and tradition meet vibrant modern culture, making it the perfect setting for Numa's largest property in Italy to date," emphasised Dimitri Chandogin, president and co-founder of the group. "With this investment, we aim to demonstrate how our digital approach can transform the classic hotel experience into something truly simple and memorable.
The hospitality model proposed by Numa is based on an innovative technological platform, which allows guests to enjoy a completely digital experience: from automatic check-in to virtual concierge services, to the customisation of spaces for short and medium-term stays. An approach that, according to Chandogin, 'combines the charm of history with state-of-the-art amenities to meet the needs of the contemporary traveller'.
