Four new accommodation facilities in Milan, for a total of 211 units including flats and studios, distributed in the Brera, Magenta and Porta Nuova districts and along the Cerchia dei Navigli. This is the new acquisition of Numa, the European digitalised hospitality platform, which is thus consolidating its portfolio in the city of Milan.
"Milan is a world capital of design, business and culture, making it a cornerstone of our Italian strategy," explains Umberto Ottaviani, general manager Italy at Numa. "The addition of these four properties in such diverse and vibrant neighbourhoods demonstrates our commitment to providing exceptional experiences for modern travellers."
The new structures will rise in strategic areas of the city: in via Turati, with a 75-unit complex developed by Allegria Developments between Brera and Porta Nuova; in corso Magenta, with 51 units a few steps away from the Cenacolo Vinciano and the Castello Sforzesco; in via Molino delle Armi, where 69 flats will be built along the historical Navigli circle; and finally in via Manfredo Camperio, with the extension of a building already under management (16 additional units).
The Milan announcement comes on the eve of the Italian Hospitality Investment Conference (Ithic), the group explains, 'confirming its focus on the Italian market and its willingness to forge new partnerships with local developers and investors'.
