Nursery places for children of parents who work at the company

“With this agreement,” says Marco Bruseschi, “we want to extend an important service such as the nursery to the children of people working within the Alto Friuli Industrial Park. Today, the competitiveness of an industrial area is not measured solely by the quality of its infrastructure or the availability of space, but also by its ability to offer welfare services that tangibly improve the quality of life for workers and their families. Expanding services such as nurseries, canteens, occupational health services, gyms and other initiatives dedicated to wellbeing represents a strategic investment to make the region increasingly attractive to businesses and to those who work here.”

According to Nicola Cescutti, “industrial areas are set to evolve into ecosystems capable of offering not only services to businesses, but also concrete solutions to the needs of the people who work there. The Mayor of Buja, Silvia Maria Pezzetta, also expressed her satisfaction: “This agreement, which stems from a proposal by the local council, promotes a high-quality public service, which is further enhanced by this partnership. The construction of the nursery, made possible by PNRR funds, the council’s own funds and a regional grant – for which we thank the Region – will offer a tangible opportunity to families and employees of member companies, helping to support parents during their children’s early years. I believe this is the right direction to take in order to forge partnerships between institutions and the business sector, so as to better meet the needs of the community.”
