Omnia Technologies, new hub with 280 million revenue per year

Omnia Technologies - a leading group in automation and bottling technologies for the food and beverage industry - has made three new acquisitions and created a new division dedicated to High-Speed Beverage with an aggregate turnover of EUR 280 million. Specifically, these are beverages that have a fast bottling cycle, such as soft drinks and soft drinks.

The companies in question are ACMI, SACMI Beverage and SACMI Labelling. The former, based in Fornovo di Taro (Parma), is a world leader in the design and production of complete packaging and bottling lines, mainly for the food and beverage industry, where it often acts as main contractor and line integrator. Founded in 1984 by the Magri family, ACMI has a turnover of around 100 million and 420 employees in five production facilities in Northern Italy and four sales branches in Mexico, Poland, the UK and the US.

SACMI Beverage (Parma, Italy, a turnover of around 110 million euros, a workforce of around 160 employees and an installed base of over 600 machines) and SACMI Labelling (based in Verona and Nanhai, China, a turnover of 70 million euros, 300 employees and an installed base of over 1.700 machines) are today among the most recognised market players in bottling and labelling for the high-speed beverage sector; they share a global network of branches in France, Spain, Morocco, Nigeria, Singapore, Arab Emirates, Brazil, Mexico and the United States.

Omnia Technologies - headquartered in Trevignano (Treviso) - was created in November 2020 by independent companies of the European investment fund Investindustrial, through the combination of Della Toffola, Bertolaso, TMCI Padovan and a number of other strategic and complementary companies. Today it is the leading global platform in providing integrated solutions for the wine, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical-medical industries

Following the acquisitions of ACMI, SACMI Beverage and SACMI Labelling, Omnia Technologies achieves a consolidated turnover of around 700 million euros, with 36 production sites, 24 sales offices in 16 countries (including Europe, Asia, Africa, the USA and South America) and a workforce of more than 2,300 employees.
