Oniverse Group closes 2025 up 4.8% to 3.7 billion

In 2025, the Oniverse Group's turnover reached 3.7 billion, an increase of +4.8% at current exchange rates (+5.1% at constant exchange rates) compared to 3.5 billion as of 31 December 2024. The share of turnover generated abroad reached 2.3 billion, a note said. Total investments amounted to more than 350 million, spread across the Group's business areas. In the core fashion segment the Group operates with the brands Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Iuman, Tezenis, Falconeri, Atelier Emé and Antonio Marras. In 2025, the brand Intimissimi Uomo becomes Iuman, a strategic rebranding choice, designed to increasingly differentiate the male identity from the female one of the brand.
The network of shops approaches 6,000
As at 31.12.2025, a total of 5,538 shops operated under the Group's brands, of which 3,650 abroad and 1,888 in Italia; abroad, the greatest commitment in terms of openings involved Mexico, the United States and Turkey. Present in 59 countries, the Group intends to pursue a policy of consolidating its leadership in the main European markets, continuing development also in non-European countries deemed interesting. In retail, in addition to shop openings and refurbishments, the global integration project between shops and e-commerce continues. In logistics and production, investments are mainly focused on cutting-edge technologies that allow the Group's companies to remain innovative.
Not just fashion
In the food and wine sector, Oniverse is present with the chain of shops Signorvino, wine shops with light catering and with Oniwines. Signorvino, a unique format in the world of food and wine, currently has 42 outlets, 40 of which are in Italia and 2 abroad. Oniwines is a project that brings together several wineries with the aim of enhancing the territory of Italia, and beyond, through indigenous wines. In 2025, the historic Piedmontese winery 'Pico Maccario' in Mombaruzzo (Asti) was acquired. This operation strengthens the presence of Oniwines in Monferrato and in the panorama of great Piedmontese wines. In 2025, the Ert1050 winery was inaugurated in the heart of the Monte Baldo Park, known throughout the world as the "Garden of Italia" for its extraordinary wealth of rare plants and flowers, a cellar dedicated to the production of Trentodoc.
The novelty of boating
Turning to the nautical sector, where the Group is present with Cantiere del Pardo s.p.a., a leading company in the production of premium sailing and motor yachts, 2025 was dedicated to enhancing the brands, launching new projects and new models. Also this year, planning was completed for the new production site in Forlì and the new hub overlooking the sea in Marina di Ravenna. The Group has been working for some time, in all company areas, on a substantial project to continuously improve its environmental and social impact, with a pragmatic approach and a long-term vision.
