Two new structures between north and south. Oriana Homèl, an Italian company specialising in contemporary hospitality, announces the opening of two new structures that combine historical charm, architectural vision and sustainable hospitality.
The operational characteristic of Oriana Homèl is to convert skilfully restored historical buildings into design and green flats (all powered by renewable sources), while providing the services of a conventional hotel.

In the heart of Treviso, inside the historic former Mandelli Mill, 23 flats will be created as part of a unique hotel tourist residence. The project, signed by Studio Matteo Thun & Partners, reinterprets a milling complex dating back to the 15th century, built at the confluence of the Sile and Storga rivers, transforming it into a welcoming and harmonious space, in dialogue with nature and the city's industrial past. The reconversion, strongly oriented towards environmental sustainability, represents a rare example of urban regeneration in a tourist key within a building of industrial archaeology. The value of the investment is approximately EUR 4 million.

In Trapani, overlooking the dock and the crystal clear sea of Sicily, Oriana Homèl will open the doors of 23 suites inside the former headquarters of the Bank of Italy. A monumental building designed in the 1950s by architect Decio Marrone - erected on the site of the historic Garibaldi Theatre - is now being converted into a high-profile accommodation facility with a public gallery, cultural spaces, restaurants and a spectacular terrace-solarium from which to admire the Egadi Islands. The approved project envisages a welcoming and meeting place, where the dialogue between the historic city and its seafront is translated into an immersive and sophisticated experience. Again, the investment amounts to EUR 4 million.

"We are proud to announce two new acquisitions," said Pasquale d'Esposito, Domenico D'Oriano and Marco Fogliamanzillo, partners of Oriana Homèl, "that perfectly represent the vision and identity of Oriana Homèl. In Treviso, we will open 23 flats inside a former historic mill. In Trapani, we will convert the splendid Palazzo della Banca d'Italia. These two new openings mark crucial milestones in the 2025-2030 business plan, which envisages two openings per year - one in prime destinations, one in emerging locations - with the aim of reaching around 250 flats nationwide".

Negotiations for further openings are also at an advanced stage, while the search for properties in Florence and Venice continues actively.
