Italy's 14th medal, it's a record
The Italian medal tally rises to 14, beating the Paralympic winter record of Lillehammer 1994. Five Italian gold medals so far in the event, another record number.

But I have done many races where I was not in the best condition and won them, so let's try," promises the Italian skier, who finished the first downhill in 01:02.76.
