While motor shows in Europe lose appeal year after year, this is not the case in China where the Beijing Motor Show is ready to set the stage for a long list of European and Oriental novelties. Scheduled from 25 April to 4 May, the 18th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition (Auto China 2024) is preparing to welcome thousands of visitors after a four-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Let's now discover the main novelties coming up at the Beijing Motor Show 2024
The four-ringed brand brings to Beijing the long-wheelbase version of the Q6 e-tron, an electric suv built on the PPE platform recently unveiled in Milan as a world premiere. Built at Audi's Faw Nev plant in Changchun, the Audi Q6L e-tron aims to be one of the best-selling versions of the new electric suv.
the Chinese brand will unveil a long list of novelties at the 'home' show, including the Fangchengbao branded Super 3, Super 9 and Ba8. Among the brands linked to the Byd Group, Denza will unveil the Z9 GT.
Bmw chooses the Beijing Motor Show for the debut of the restyled i4 Series, revised in styling and content as happened with the 4 Series. A world premiere, on the other hand, for Mini, which chooses Beijing for the debut of the Aceman.
Among the Chinese manufacturers will be Great Wall, which will exhibit the new Ora 07 in Beijing. It is an electric sedan with a range of around 600 kilometres.
