Is it worthwhile for pension funds to invest in Italy?
Discussions between government and social security institutions continue
by the editorial team of Plus24
The debate on investments in the Italian real economy continues. The debate has been going on for a number of years and involves the government and the supplementary pension funds and professional pension funds. These bodies manage the contributions of millions of members to whom they are accountable. At the same time, however, over the years they have been called upon by the governments in office to invest more in Italy and in our country's production chains. The debate is still open and there are important legislative measures on the table right now. This will be discussed on Monday, 15 December, during the live web broadcast by Plus24, visible at 12.30 p.m. on the website and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebbok, X and Youtube) of Il Sole 24 Ore. Guests Alberto Oliveti (president of Adepp) and Paolo Pellegrini (deputy director general of Mefop). Conducting the live broadcast, Plus24 journalists Vitaliano D'Angerio and Federica Pezzatti.
