Is it worthwhile for pension funds to invest in Italy?

The debate on investments in the Italian real economy continues. The debate has been going on for a number of years and involves the government and the supplementary pension funds and professional pension funds. These bodies manage the contributions of millions of members to whom they are accountable. At the same time, however, over the years they have been called upon by the governments in office to invest more in Italy and in our country's production chains. The debate is still open and there are important legislative measures on the table right now.
