The “Response” agent, for example, reads an incoming enquiry, searches through the project documents and generates a reply that precisely cites the source, thereby reducing the time needed for an initial response from hours to minutes. Every action is logged and attributed to the agent that carried it out, and customers can check in advance exactly what an agent will do before it goes live: this ensures teams retain full control over everything that is carried out automatically.
