Porto Rotondo, the Donà dalle Rose attempt a comeback in the village

The objective is to inaugurate a 'new phase of governance, development and valorisation' of the village of Porto Rotondo. This is the strong point of the 'Porto Rotondo 2026' project, a 'strategic platform promoted by a consortium led by Edoardo Donà dalle Rose and Rafael Torres Sanchez'. The plan, which aims to bring back the Donà dalle Rose family, founders of Porto Rotondo, will be brought to the attention of the assembly next July for the renewal of the Porto Rotondo Consortium's Board of Directors.

The project stems from Edoardo Donà dalle Rose's desire to take up the legacy of the founding family, 'bringing a contemporary and operational vision'. "I want to re-launch the vision of my grandfather, Luigi Donà dalle Rose, with the spirit of a new generation," said Edoardo Donà dalle Rose at the opening of the press conference. "I am young, but I am aware that in order to learn, you have to get busy: my grandfather built Porto Rotondo when he was the same age as me.

Past and present together: "Our plan does not erase the past, but wants to give a 'new air' to our future," explained the project's inspirer. "We are here to manage the ordinary and to project Porto Rotondo into tomorrow. Ours is not a book of dreams, but an operational plan based on three concrete pillars: digital innovation, through the use of artificial intelligence and advanced systems to optimise consortium services, from utilities management to security, to make the life of every consortium member smooth and hassle-free".

The consortium members indicated the asset of Porto Rotondo as the pivot of the entire project. A plan open to listening and aimed at transforming the Consortium into a transparent, efficient, meritocratic and, above all, at the complete disposal of the consortium members' community. "We are here to listen and to embrace the needs of everyone, from residents to traders and hospitality operators. We are not asking for a blank proxy,' concluded Edoardo Donà dalle Rose, 'but a shared path. Together, with the strength of our history and the drive for innovation, we can build a new era of excellence'.

Joining Edoardo Donà delle Rose and Rafael Torres are also lawyer Gabriele Escalar, founder of Studio Escalar e Associati and LUISS professor, guarantor of administrative rigour and transparency, Raimondo Ziruddu, founder of SRDN, a business consulting, hotel management and real estate company, Mario Sotgiu, Corporate Tax Accountant Counsel, and Gianni Pireddu, Corporate Legal Counsel. The consortium group 'enjoys the strategic support of Luigi, Una and Leonardo Donà dalle Rose.
